Responsibilities
The awards team checks eligibility, coordinates reviews and answers applicants’ questions. Reviewers assess the submitted evidence independently. The review chair checks the findings and records the final decision.
IAHPM maintains the rules, handles appeals and concerns, and keeps public award information accurate. Physical-item enquiries are handled separately from assessment; a purchase cannot change a decision.
