Fees and award benefits
Entry and review are free. If your product receives an award, its digital certificate, public award record and standard award-mark use are also free. You do not need to purchase a physical item or join IAHPM to receive these benefits.

The award mark may be used for the awarded product in the channels covered by the guidelines, including its website and packaging. You may arrange your own compliant printing.
Optional physical items
Recipients may separately order trophies, printed certificates and official labels. Request a quote with your Award ID, the items and quantities required, and the delivery country. The quotation sets out specifications and the complete price before you agree to an order.
These are purchases of physical goods and fulfilment. They do not activate an award, increase its standing or extend its scope. See the physical item guidance.
How purchasing is kept separate
Reviewers do not receive order information. Purchasing staff cannot change scores or award decisions. No purchase is needed to publish a record or download free materials. Cancelling or refunding an order does not remove an award or affect its position in the register.
There is no paid priority review, paid award upgrade or paid directory placement. Membership and sponsorship do not provide an assessment advantage.
Other costs an applicant may incur
Applicants provide their existing product information and evidence. If you choose to commission testing, translation or outside assistance, those arrangements are yours; they are not award entry charges and do not guarantee an award. IAHPM does not require an applicant to buy such services from a nominated commercial provider.
Questions about an unexpected payment request
If a message says payment is required to release a decision, certificate or award record, check it with the awards team through this website before acting. Include the entry reference or Award ID, without sending payment-card details.
