Trophies, certificates and labels

A personalised trophy can display the awarded product, award year and manufacturer. Include the quantity and preferred inscription with your enquiry. The quotation sets out the material, dimensions, finish and production arrangements.

Request an official printed certificate for your award. The quotation identifies the paper, size, finish and any presentation option. You can also print your free digital certificate yourself.

Request labels bearing the issued award mark for the product covered by the record. Include the intended surface, size and quantity so the proposed material and finish can be specified. Recipients may also arrange their own printing under the award mark guidelines.

A label identifies the award; it is not an authenticity seal for each retail unit.

Include your Award ID, the items and quantities required, and the delivery country. Add any inscription, format or packaging requirements.

The quotation must identify the seller, item specifications, personalisation, currency, taxes, delivery charges and estimated timing before you agree to an order. An enquiry is not a paid order. Personalised production follows the agreed payment arrangements and approval of the proof.

Check the product name, model, year and Award ID before approving artwork. Request any correction to the award record before production. Physical production and delivery follow the quotation and are separate from the assessment period.

For a change, delivery problem or damaged item, contact the awards team with the order reference and useful photographs. Buying, cancelling or refunding an item does not change your award or free benefits.
