Global Health Product Awards
Evidence requirements
For each principal product claim, identify the supporting report and the relevant page or result. Include the product version, method and any limits that affect how the findings apply.

The core entry materials
Every entry needs product and manufacturer details, its intended use and users, the exact version, supply markets, current instructions or labelling, principal claims and supporting evidence. Include relevant quality and risk information and disclose material product concerns.
For each report, identify the author or testing organisation, date, tested model or formulation and relevant pages. If the material concerns an ingredient, component or earlier version, explain why it is relevant and what it does not establish.
Category requirements
Nutrition
Provide formulation and use-level information, current labels, relevant quality and stability material and support for the finished product's claims. Explain the connection between ingredient studies and the formulation supplied.
Wearables
Identify the measured quantity, reference method, users, wearing conditions, relevant hardware and algorithm versions. Report error and limitations alongside favourable findings.
Devices
Provide performance material for the model entered, instructions for the home user, foreseeable use errors, maintenance or calibration requirements and relevant market documentation.
Diagnostics
Define the sample type, target, intended setting and interpretation. Distinguish analytical performance from clinical performance and identify the reference method, study population and limitations.
Software
Identify the release, intended function, validation approach and the data used to evaluate performance. Explain the user workflow, relevant security controls, update arrangements and limits on use.
Rehabilitation and assistive products
Describe the user's tasks, environment, fitting or adjustment, support needs and maintenance. Separate evidence of usability from evidence of a therapeutic effect.
Oral and personal health
Identify the specific health use, formulation or materials, contact conditions and supporting performance material. Supply current directions and relevant warnings.
Read oral and personal-health guidance
Components
Provide identity, specification, relevant tests, traceability and intended downstream applications. State the conditions under which a component's evidence applies to a finished product.
Digital demonstrations
Use a stable link to a recording or a limited-access demonstration containing simulated or appropriately de-identified data. Explain how to reach the relevant task and keep access available during review. Provide captions or an English explanation for material needed to understand the product.
Do not provide personal production credentials, patient accounts or administrator access. Tell the awards team promptly if the demonstration or access details change.
File preparation
PDF files may be up to 25 MB each; images up to 10 MB each. An entry may contain up to 20 attachments and 250 MB in total. Video is supplied by link. Reports must be legible, searchable where possible and complete enough to check the cited finding. A table of contents is helpful for long files.
English is the review language. Supply original-language reports with an accurate English summary and translations of the passages needed to assess principal claims. Further translation may be requested where meaning cannot be verified.
What remains private
Full reports, review correspondence and contact details are private review material. The entry form separately identifies product facts and images proposed for publication if an award is made. Public award reasons summarise the assessment without publishing confidential reports.
Common gaps to resolve
Check for a missing model number, a different formulation in the study, a summary without the full relevant report, an expired demonstration link, an unexplained comparison, or a claim broader than the evidence supports. Explain genuine limitations openly; submitting more promotional material does not resolve an evidence gap.
