What to check
Compare the product, manufacturer, model or version, award year and decision date. Check the current status before relying on an award claim. Products that share a brand do not automatically share an award.
Award status
- Awarded: the record identifies the product covered by the award.
- Under review: IAHPM is examining a concern; read the explanation on the record.
- Suspended: new use of the award mark is suspended while the stated matter is addressed.
- Revoked: the award has been revoked; the record retains its history and current status.
A discontinued product or an overdue product-information update is recorded separately from the award status.
Get verification help
If details do not match, send the Award ID and a link or image of the claim to the awards team. A missing result alone does not prove that a product is counterfeit.
Verification confirms the official award record. It does not authenticate individual retail units or establish regulatory approval.
