The awards programme is administered by the International Association of Health Product Manufacturers (IAHPM), Rue du Marché 32, 1204 Genève, Switzerland, UID CHE-278.279.361.
The quotation identifies the seller responsible for the goods and fulfilment. Contact the awards team with your Award ID or order reference for questions, changes or delivery support.
Requesting and confirming an order
An authorised award recipient may request items for a published award. Send the Award ID, item types, quantities and delivery country. An enquiry does not create a paid order.
Before agreeing to an order, check the written quotation: seller, item specification, materials, dimensions, personalisation, quantity, currency, taxes, delivery charges and estimated timing. Any destination duties not included in the total must be explained. The quotation states how to confirm the order and the applicable payment arrangements.
Personalisation and proof approval
Check the product name, model, year, Award ID, spelling and layout on the proof. The details must match the current award record. Resolve any record correction before approving conflicting artwork.
Personalised production begins only after the payment and proof-approval conditions stated in the confirmed order are met. Changes after approval may be impossible or incur an agreed charge. No additional charge is imposed without your agreement.
Production and delivery
The confirmed order states the production estimate, its start conditions, delivery method and destination. Shipping time is separate from production. The seller provides available progress or tracking information and explains material delays and available options.
You are responsible for giving an accurate delivery address. Delivery availability and restrictions are confirmed in the quotation; there is no automatic worldwide-delivery commitment.
Cancellation and changes
Request changes or cancellation before production starts. The seller confirms whether production can be stopped and which refund applies. The quotation explains any limits on cancelling personalised goods after approval.
These terms do not remove mandatory cancellation, conformity or other rights. Personalisation does not remove remedies for goods that are damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from the agreed specification.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Contact the awards team promptly with the order reference, a description and useful photographs. Keep packaging where it may help establish transit damage. Obtain return instructions before sending goods back.
The seller confirms the appropriate correction, replacement or refund. An approved refund identifies the amount, method and expected processing time; the payment provider’s processing time may differ.
Your award remains separate
Purchasing, cancellation, a refund or a delivery dispute does not change the award decision, free digital certificate, standard mark permission or register placement. A separate concern about the product is considered under the award rules.
