Global Health Product Awards

How to enter

Prepare one entry for each product or version you want assessed. You can save your work, return to it and submit when the material is complete. Entries are accepted throughout the year, with no entry fee and no samples to send.

Check eligibility and choose a category

Confirm that the product is in scope and identify its principal category. The category guide explains which details and evidence matter for that type of product.

02

Prepare your entry materials

Have the product name, manufacturer, model or formulation, relevant software version, intended use and supply markets ready. Collect current instructions, principal claims and the reports supporting them. Explain any limits in the evidence rather than leaving reviewers to infer them.

The entry checklist and claims and evidence worksheet help you organise the material.

03

Complete the online entry

Create an account and complete the eight entry steps. Choose your product category and provide the requested information. The form separates private evidence from product details proposed for a public award record.

Use readable PDF reports and clear product images. You can provide an online demonstration using simulated data. Do not send physical samples, identifiable patient records or credentials for a production system.

04

Review and submit

Check the exact product scope, evidence references and proposed public information. Confirm your authority and the applicable rules. The submission screen shows that no payment is due.

After submission, keep the receipt and entry reference. A receipt confirms that the entry has been received; it does not mean it has been accepted for review or awarded.

05

Follow the review

The awards team normally checks completeness and eligibility within five working days. If information is missing, the account will show what is needed and the response deadline. Once the entry is accepted, the account shows the acceptance date and the review target.

Reviews normally take about 90 calendar days from acceptance of a complete, eligible entry. See how the review period works.

Returning to an entry

Sign in to continue a draft, answer a request or read a decision. The last saved time confirms what has been stored. If a save fails, keep the page open and use the recovery instructions before leaving.

Help with your submission

For a category or evidence question, describe the product and the point you need clarified. For an existing entry, include its reference. Do not attach confidential reports to a general enquiry; use the entry's protected upload area.
